We were one of the first users in the country of computer-aided transcription. We were involved with the developers of the first condensed transcript. The history of Corbett & Wilcox spans over thirty years. It began as Varallo, White & Corbett. The three partners were: J. Edward Varallo, "Fast Eddie," who now works for Farmer Arsenault & Brock, LLC, in Boston; Jack P. White, who is now retired after an illustrious career, and Ellie Corbett Hannum, who, with Bob Wilcox, have formed the current company.

Corbett & Wilcox does reporting of all kinds, from depositions to hearings. We have over 250 years of experience among our reporting professionals. All of our employee reporters are, at a minimum, nationally certified as Registered Professional Reporters by the National Court Reporter Association (NCRA) and, in addition, Certified LiveNote Reporters. We are proud to have eight CLRs in our office. Many of our reporters have been awarded the coveted Registered Merit Reporter, Certified Manager of Reporting Services, Registered Diplomate Reporter and Certified Realtime Reporter certifications. Our highly skilled staff is committed to quality on a timely basis, utilizing the finest in cutting-edge technology. We never rest on our laurels.
